Spring in Full Swing

The weather just keeps getting warmer, and the birds are enjoying every minute of it. There was a lot of action today with even some Snowy Egrets claiming the good fishing spot.

Red Winged Black Bird, so vibrant against the brown twigs.
Great wing span for a medium size bird.
Calling to it’s mate. I feel they sound like referee whistles.
Snow Egret says it’s lunch time.
Looking for that perfect fishing spot.
Tip-Toe.
Wait, another Snowy saying I want this spot.
I said “Get going`!”
Guess they didn’t listen.
Reflection.
The Common Grackle. I feel they look all different colors when the sun hits their feathers.

Just about to head out, when I look up.
The beautiful wing pattern on an Osprey.
Just floating below the clouds .
